A new baby is like the beginning of all things-wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities...

This photo shoot was so much fun - Tulsa was beautiful and you could feel the anticipation because they knew their newborn baby daughter was coming soon.  As it turned out the very next day April went into labor.

Into The Woods With Kids

I love taking pictures of families.
You can see their love and how much they care for each other.
Alot of people are nervous about taking pictures with little ones,
and it can seem hard but - here are some tips from what I've learned:

                          1). As parents try and remain happy because your kids will read your mood.

                          2). Timing is big for children. They'll take pictures best when well rested and fed.

                          3). Have a game plan for distractions
                               (but hopefully your photographer will be there to help with that).

                         4). Just have fun and keep it short and sweet.
